School of Information Technology KMITL conducts training “Generative AI for Educators” to enhance secondary teachers' skills in applying AI to elevate learning management

School of Information Technology, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang organizes a training project “Generative AI for Educators” for secondary school teachers in Ladkrabang district, Bangkok, or other interested areas to participate in the training, aiming to build knowledge and skills in the creative application of generative artificial intelligence technology (Generative AI) in teaching and learning management, and support the use of digital technology to improve teachers' work efficiency as well as AI applications to support educational work. The training was led by Dr. Isarapong Khuankrue, Acting Head of the Center of Excellence for Deep Technology, a faculty member of the School of Information Technology, KMITL. It was held on September 12, 2026, at Computer Laboratory 428, 4th Floor, School of Information Technology, KMITL.

The training content focused on practical usage, covering basic concepts of Generative AI, effective prompt writing, and the application of AI to help reduce workload and improve learning management efficiency.

Additionally, participants learned ways to use Generative AI to support lesson planning, create assessment tools, analyze classroom data, and further develop classroom research using AI, enabling them to concretely apply knowledge suitable to the context of their educational institutions and learners.
